What is a remedy credit?
Every fix you request is a remedy with a clear credit cost shown before you approve it. A simple metadata correction might be 1 credit; a full answer-first page rewrite might be 5. Your plan refills credits monthly, credits roll over while you stay subscribed, and you can top up with a credit pack at any time.
How does GetRemedy3 relate to GetFound3?
They are sister products from Farrington Development. GetFound3 diagnoses why you are not getting found across search, answer engines, and AI. GetRemedy3 is where those findings get fixed: import your GetFound3 report and each finding becomes a remedy request your agent can implement. When everything is fixed, you get the green light.
How do you handle my website credentials?
Credentials you share with your agent are sealed with AES-256-GCM encryption before they are stored, are only decrypted server-side at the moment a remedy needs them, and are only ever displayed back to you in masked form. Access is gated to your tenant and logged.
Can I cancel? Do you offer refunds?
You can cancel anytime, yourself, from the billing portal — cancellation stops future charges, and your plan and remaining credits stay usable through the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are non-refundable, including partial periods and unused credits.
Who processes payments?
Stripe securely processes every payment. GetRemedy3 is a service of Farrington Development LLC, so checkout and receipts identify the GetRemedy3 product while your card statement may identify Farrington Development LLC.
